The Breathing Space is Derby City Centre’s first and most beautiful Yoga Shala, or house of yoga, offering a wide range of yoga classes to suit everyone; from the absolute beginner, to the improver or advanced practitioner; gentle, hatha, aerial, vinyasa, chair, family, hot, ashtanga, antenatal, baby, kids, somatic movement, functional movement, yin and meditation.
