Guided by technology our Egym circuit provides a fast efficient workout for everybody, delivering measurable progression strength with a number of unique training programmes that can't be done on normal gym equipment. If you just want to do some cardio then no problem, we can cater for you and if you want a class based experience then our Speedflex Blade gives you a private on screen instructor led session. Where we're truly different is in our recovery therapies. We offer whole body cryotherapy, infrared saunas, compression boots, hyperbaric oxygen and Therajet massage that help you feel your best and support your day to day performance. Each visit includes a recovery session as part of your experience.* At Go!
