Curious how Wellhub can elevate your day-to-day? Wellhub employee Nathan documented his typical day using Wellhub. Check out how he accesses gyms and studios, wellness apps, and more all with one monthly membership.

Who? Nathan, a client success coordinator at Wellhub UK and Ireland

What? He is incredibly passionate about the health and fitness industry and is studying to become a personal trainer, on top of his job at Wellhub

Which plan? Nathan currently has the Platinum plan

Here’s how Nathan uses his Wellhub membership to stay active and well:

Morning

I am definitely a morning person and so I typically start my day with a 6:15 A.M. coffee before cycling to my 7 A.M. CrossFit class at CrossFit Shoreditch. After my class I hit a cold shower to set me up for the day before eating my breakfast of oats, mixed berries, and a protein shake!

After breakfast I start my working day whether that be in the new London office or working from home.

Midday/Lunch

After a morning full of meetings, it’s time to take a break for lunch! I am a bit of a meal prepper, so my go-to lunch normally consists of some kind of Asian-style shredded chicken with greens and rice. On my break I always try to find some time for a quick walk to get some fresh air, clear my head, and get some extra steps in. More recently on my walk, I have been taking the time to do a quick 5 to 10-minute meditation session with the Wellness Coach app or listen to podcasts. This makes me feel 10 times better and sets me up for whatever work I have to take on that afternoon.

After Work

At the end of a busy day I like to relax and unwind with some low-impact movement, this will often be in the form of a long walk or a low-intensity stretch and mobility session with NEOU. After this, it’s time to cook dinner. My favourite cuisine is South East Asian and so more often than not I will be cooking some kind of curry or noodle dish. My current favourite to cook is beef rendang with sweetcorn fritters and sticky coconut rice.

Before Bed

As I am an early riser, I am normally pretty knackered by the end of the day. I tend to unwind with a bit of easy watching TV followed by a podcast before bed where I try to limit my screen time as much as possible.
