Since 1996 The Academy of Martial Arts has been Mississauga’s source for Karate, Self Defense, Tai Chi, Fitness and Brazilian Jiujitsu. From beginner to black belt, students receive expert instruction in Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Tai Chi and Self-defense, with programs designed to build confidence, strength, and focus. All of our classes are taught in our large, friendly and professional atmosphere.
