The Global Digital Plan is enabled on a per-country basis. This means that your company chooses in which countries to activate the plan in, and the amount of employee spots to hire per country.


No, in countries where Wellhub provides in-person products, clients can only purchase our standard offerings. The regular Digital Plan is available for free to all employees and already included as part of your enterprise subscription at no extra cost.
The Global Digital Plan extension is exclusively available in countries without in-person operations and requires additional investment.


To enable the Global Digital Plan, your company must hire our wellbeing solution in at least one country where Wellhub offers in-person wellness offerings. Our base offering is required to then hire the Global Digital Plan as an extension in other countries.


The apps included in the Global Digital Plan may function internationally, but Wellhub cannot guarantee that all apps will be available for download in app stores or operate in every country where remote workers are located or travel to. The apps were selected to ensure functionality in the countries where the Global Digital Plan is offered.


No, the Global Digital Plan can be enabled in a country even if there is only one eligible employee.


No, the availability of apps depends on the country where the plan is enabled. While Wellhub strives to offer a consistent experience, some apps may not be available in certain countries due to licensing or regional restrictions.


The Wellhub app is available in English, Spanish, Italian, German, and Portuguese (BR). However, the languages supported by the apps included in the plan may vary. Additional app languages such as French, Japanese, Russian, Chinese, Dutch, Korean, Turkish, and Swedish are available for some apps, but not all 10 apps support every language.


Yes, employees can share the benefit with up to three family members at no additional cost, as long as their employer has extended the benefit to family members as well. Each family member will have access to the same apps and features as the employee.


Employees who relocate to a new country may experience changes in app availability based on local licensing and app store restrictions. Wellhub recommends checking app availability for the new country to ensure continued access.


The Global Digital Plan is an investment based on the number of employees who'll have access to the benefit and the number of countries it will be enabled in. Contact your account manager for specific pricing details.


Employees can activate the plan by downloading the Wellhub app, signing up with their corporate email, and activating the plan for free - no payment method required. Instructions to redeem premium subscriptions of the wellbeing apps are included within the Wellhub app.
