Zumba NXG has a class for you! You can get fit, laugh and dance in our Zumba and Dance Fitness classes. And you can release tension, feel stronger and unwind into blissful states of relaxation in our yoga classes. Our focus is on community and moving to feel good. These are non-judgemental classes where no-one minds if you go the wrong way and you don't have to be able to touch your toes. You need to book in order to attend the activities.
