Parking is conveniently available on the surrounding streets, with a few spaces right outside. Their group reformer pilates sessions are held in a step-free, accessible reformer studio, while 1:1 sessions and other actives such as, YOGA, MAT PILATES, STRETCH CLASSES AND MORE take place downstairs in a more intimate setting. All classes are Max 5 people per class, so everyone gets the personal wellness experience they deserve. Our classes are designed to improve your strength, flexibility, and coordination. For reformer we use state of the art Reformer beds. This low-impact workout blends dynamic movements with isolated holds and energizing flows set to music.
