YMCA Lifewise Gym

Our Westover Road facility offers cardio and a free weights section in central Bournemouth. The gym and sports hall are situated opposite The Pavilion Theatre and Ballroom in our main premises at 56 Westover Road, Bournemouth BH1 2BS, just a short walk from the cafés, bars and shops of Bournemouth town centre. Wellhub members can use our open gym. Please note the gym has a maximum of 15 attendees. Facilities include: Fully air-conditioned Cardiovascular and resistance machines An extensive range of free weights equipment, Olympic bar lifting, urethane dumbbell sets, power racks and a Smith machine One of the heaviest cable crossovers in Dorset
