Wing Chun isn’t about brute strength it’s about precision, efficiency, and skill. Legend tells of Ng Mui, a Shaolin nun, who developed Wing Chun Kung Fu as a way for the smaller to overcome the stronger. Today, that legacy lives on in every movement we teach
