These sessions are designed to ensure you still receive the detailed attention and expert guidance necessary to execute each exercise with precision, maximising the benefits of your workout. Wellhub members are welcome to attend our group mat classes, where you’ll have the full attention and guidance of Carla, the studio’s founder. The easiest way to enter the building is from Harbour Avenue through the visitor’s car park (with the dark blue entrance). We're on the 2nd floor, Unit 208 (turn right after leaving the elevator). IMPORTANT NOTE: The main doors are locked on weekends so you will need to enter the building through the car park.
