OUR STORY We started in october 2014 and have now updated our venue to facilitate your complete training to become an ultimate athlete, Our new venue is fully equipped with 2 dedicated training areas mat 1 is 70ft long and hosts a 14ft Cage wall 16ft octagon mma cage, variety of bags and a pull up/muscle up bar, we also have various fitness equipment to help your conditioning!
