You know what they say: those that workout together, perform better. Train with me and a community of warriors in the great outdoors. Mud, sweat and gains, guaranteed. Workout in the wild! We like to do things a bit differently in this boot camp. Not only do we brave the elements, but we train with ropes, tyres and sledgehammers. Basically, we use anything that will build our strength, skills and sweat. It’s fitness at its fiercest. Events: We don’t just do it for the hell of it. We enter events too. Whether it’s a Spartan Race or Tough Mudder, we show our mettle and put our skills to the test, together.
