We are an official school of the Krav Maga Global (KMG), the world's largest and most professional Krav Maga self defence training organisation. We provide self defence and fitness classes for men and women and as our classes are mixed Adults and Teens, if you have teen children you can bring them along with you. You will learn realistic self defence, tested in real life situations, and work on your fitness and strength at the same time. Come and train with us, learn to fight, burn some cardio and lose weight :-)
