Our classes: We offer a curated selection of intentional, results-driven sessions: • Infrared Flow (Ignite / Sculpt) – our signature heated classes designed to build strength, enhance flexibility, and elevate your full-body burn in an infrared environment • Barre – a sculpting, low-impact class focused on toning, endurance, and control • Signature Flow (Non-Heated) – a balanced Pilates session focused on alignment, core strength, and mindful movement without heat Each class is designed to leave you feeling stronger, more aligned, and deeply connected to your body.
