Taiji (Tai Chi) and Qigong are disciplines that use movement, meditation, and breathing to improve both your health and mobility. Tai Chi is also a martial art and can be used for self-defence. In the classes you will learn to increase your energy, focus, and concentration so as to improve mindfulness, body awareness, and mobility. All classes are lead by James Drewe; practitioner of Taiji and Qigong since 1975, author and Instructor member of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain. THURSDAYS 6.35-7.30pm: Wudang Taiji Sword (intermediate) 7.35-8.30pm: Yang 24-Step Tai Chi (Beginners & Intermediate) 8.35-9.30pm: Qigong (all levels) BEGINNERS: The best classes for you to try out are:- Thursdays @ 7.35pm and 8.35pm
