Our coaching blends strength, conditioning, Pilates, and yoga in small-group or one-to-one sessions — combining expert guidance with a supportive, inclusive community. We empower women at every stage of life: from building strength and confidence in your 30s, to postnatal recovery, through perimenopause and beyond. Between sessions, you can relax in our outdoor seating area — a fantastic sun trap, weather permitting — and, if you choose, purchase refreshments from our café to enjoy before or after training.
