Rise Reformer Yarm

Rise Reformer Pilates Yarm is our High Street studio for friendly, small-group reformer Pilates. It's a welcoming space for complete beginners, regular movers and anyone who wants a stronger, more controlled full-body workout. Each 45-minute class is led by an instructor who will guide your setup, springs and options throughout, so you can build strength and confidence at your own pace. Bring a water bottle and grippy socks. We sell grip socks in the studio if you need a pair.
