Welcome to Rise Reformer Pilates York, our city-centre studio at 20 Toft Green. We teach small-group reformer Pilates classes in a calm, friendly space where beginners and experienced clients can move at their own pace. Expect a 45-minute full-body class on the reformer, led by an instructor who will guide your setup, springs and options throughout. You'll build strength, control and confidence without needing any previous Pilates experience. Please bring a water bottle and grippy socks. We sell grip socks in the studio if you need a pair.
