Rise Fitness Telford is located within the West Stand of AFC Telford Utd. As well as the large main gym, there’s a secondary functional gym and a swimming area featuring pool, sauna and spa. The club also enjoys changing facilities and free parking. We look forward to welcoming you to the gym!
