Located 0.4m from The Glorious Dead War Memorial, here at NWK our group fitness classes are accessible for all level. You’ll join a group of up to 15 like-minded individuals who, like you, have the same goal in mind, to work and improve their physical fitness. We keep our classes small to ensure you always get the attention and support you need from our coaches. If it’s your first time at NWK, start with our Beginners Programme. To attend, no booking is needed.
