Having navigated my own bumpy road to motherhood through fertility challenges, I created MamaHugz to be a space where you are heard, understood, and truly looked after. When you walk through the door, you will always be greeted with a warm, genuine smile. Drawing on 13 years of teaching experience, my classes offer a safe and nurturing environment designed to support your mind and body. Together, we move through practices that build strength, cultivate flexibility, and invite deep, restorative relaxation, leaving you feeling confident, strong, relaxed and prepared for birth, motherhood, and beyond.
