My classes are an environment for everyone. Whether you have practised yoga for years or have never been to a class before. The atmosphere I create is that of a non-judgmental, safe, and welcoming space❤️ I strongly encourage you to listen to your body throughout the class so that you can respond to your individual needs.Alignment is very important to my teaching practise. My instructions are clear and easy to follow. Complete beginners are very welcome! Injuries and illnesses can always be catered for ❤️ Classes at Glen Parva, Wednesdays at 7 – 8pm
