Welcome! I share 15 years of Yoga teaching experience with over 500 hours of Yoga teacher certification. We observe a safe practice which is mentally, physically and spiritually healing. I am a movement and somatic practitioner offering gentle, restorative practices that help the body release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore ease of movement. My sessions are designed for modern bodies — those shaped by sitting, screens, stress, injury, or fatigue. Rather than forcing flexibility or striving for performance, I guide students toward listening, softening, and allowing the body to unwind naturally. I teach: • Somatic Release & Stretching – gentle, awareness-based movements that retrain the nervous system and release chronic holding • Gentle Yoga Flow – slow, mindful sequences focused on breath, ease, and safety • Yoga Nidra – guided deep rest for nervous system regulation and recovery • Deep Stretch (Somatic-informed) – not passive pushing, but supported opening and release My approach is trauma-aware, inclusive, and suitable for beginners, those returning to movement after injury, and anyone feeling tense, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their body. Students often come to me seeking “stretching” and leave with something deeper: a sense of calm, relief, and renewed trust in their body. No experience required — just a willingness to slow down and listen. I am the author of The Soma Awakens. Reclaiming the body's inner intelligence through somatic wisdom.
