Just Dance UK is a dance company that inspires exercise through dance, regardless of age or ability. Classes run Monday and Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings at Harris Girls’ Academy East Dulwich, Homestall Road, SE22 0NR Monday 6:30-7:30pm - Just Dance Fit 7:30-8:30pm - Flowetic Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm - Flowetic Sunday (starting from Sunday 19th October 2025) 10:30-11:30am - Flowetic For the Just Dance Fit classes, please wear a pair of trainers and whatever you feel comfortable dancing and exercising in. For the Flowetic class, we recommend either traditional soft dance shoes or bare feet and also that you bring along a towel/mat with you for the floor work.
