Welcome to Joyride Indoor Cycling! Fitness at any age and for all ages! Our classes are designed to cater for all levels of fitness and experience, so whether you are an expert at indoor cycling or its your first time, your class will be a great experience and you will be looked after. (If it is your first class, please turn up 10 minutes early so we can take through bike set up and safety.)
