We are a fitness studio in Chiswick on a mission to get West London to move more. Our main goal is to help bring variety to anyone who wants more from their individual movement practice. We offer group fitness classes : pole fitness, pole dance and small group training classes for all levels. We also provide personal training sessions with instructors who specialise in injury prevention & recovery, plus sized movement, strength training for dancers, polers and aerialists.
