We offer Yoga, Reformer Pilates classes and Sound Healing to our thriving community. Our yoga studio offers over 30 classes per week ranging from Yin, Vinyasa, Rocket, Ashtanga and Kundalini. Our Sound School is based next to our Yoga studio where you can experience powerful sound healing, meditations, and regular gong baths We offer 4 styles of Reformer classes at our Reformer Studio - from beginner to advanced. We have 10 Reformer beds at our studio.
