At Hemera Pole Dance School we teach Pole Dance Fitness Classes for all Levels from beginner to advanced. Pole dancing has a huge variation of styles and we aim to represent them all, whether you want a gymnastic type class that focuses just on acrobatic pole tricks or a pole choreography class with more sensual moves.
