We’ve custom built private fitness PODS, fitted with an array of gym kit, Echelon technology and POD training options, to reshape the way you workout. Choose from Strength, Power, Holistic Reformer or Cardio PODs. Cycle is all the benefits of the commercial grade Peloton Bike+ but without the membership cots, Run is powered by Echelon on-demand classes and Stairmaster Gauntlet 8 StepMill POD. We're fully staffed with a gym cafe, fibre wi-fi, USB A+C points, showers, water point, full AC system, 100% biodegradable anti-bacterial wipes and DDA compliant. You need to book to attend the activities. Towel hire available for £1.50, bring your own shower gel/etc. Buddy fee is an extra £6.50 each session (payable at reception), free buddy every Friends-day Wednesday.
