Select from Strength, Power or Cardio PODs, equipped with top-tier kit. Every POD is yours and yours alone for the duration of your booking. Whether you’re training solo, working out with a friend, or a professional (personal trainer or physiotherapist) seeing clients, you’ll have complete privacy from start to finish. Choose from Strength, Power or Cardio PODs. Cycle is all the benefits of the commercial grade Peloton Bike+ but without the membership cots, Run is powered by Echelon on-demand classes and Stairmaster Gauntlet 8 StepMill POD. We're staffed with a gym cafe, fibre Wi-Fi, USB A+C points, private showers, drinking water point, full AC & ventilation systems, 100% biodegradable anti-bacterial wipes and DDA compliant. You need to book to attend the activities, extra fees may apply to booking late cancellations or no shows. Please note Dalston is only accepting new Wellhub members on Platinum or above membership. Putney is open to Gold members and above. Towel hire available for £1.75, bring your own shower gel/etc. Buddy fee is an extra £7.00 each session (payable at reception), free buddy every Friends-day Wednesday.
