Cycle is all the benefits of the commercial grade Peloton+ Bike but without the membership cots, Run is powered by Echelon on-demand classes and Stairmaster Gauntlet 8 StepMill POD. We're fully staffed with a gym cafe, fibre wi-fi, USB A+C points, showers, water point, full AC system, 100% biodegradable anti-bacterial wipes and DDA compliant. You need to book to attend the activities. Towel hire available for £1.50, bring your own shower gel/etc. Buddy fee is an extra £6.50 each session (payable at reception), free buddy every Friends-day Wednesday.
