Our Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) classes give you a perfect blend of 121 Personal Training as well as the friendly, positive benefits of group training with like minded people. All of our sessions are fully programmed and fully coached so you're not left wondering if your doing it right. Our Small Group session are capped at 6 members per coach to maintain quality so you get the best out of every session. Our 3X60 Group classes (15 to 1) are more focused toward getting a sweat on and the heart pumping while still being fully coached.
