Fison Fitness began over a decade ago in a single railway arch in Herne Hill. Today, we’ve grown into two beautiful neighbouring studios and now, we’re excited to bring our newest space to Oval. From day one, our mission has been simple: make fitness friendly, inclusive, and genuinely enjoyable. We’ve built a community where people of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels feel welcome, supported, and empowered to move in a way that feels good. Our experienced and caring coaching team is the heart of Fison Fitness. Each coach brings their own strengths and style, helping you find the right fit for your goals. We are so excited to have opened our doors in Oval and share what we do best: helping you get stronger, feel fitter, and enjoy an hour to yourself in a warm, positive space.
