Firehouse was founded in 2013 by two Sheffield firefighters who wanted their gyms to combine the rigour and teamwork of fire-fighter training with the warmth and family values of the firehouse crew. Rooted in wellbeing and outstanding physical progress, the Firehouse gym experience is unique. It’s welcoming and inclusive − a gym where you belong, connect with friends and feel valued.
