Founded by former Olympic Gymnast Ellie Downie MBE, Embrace Wellness is designed to make everyone to feel welcomed when entering the studio. This is a space for movement not judgement. Starting your fitness journey or joining a new gym class can be intimidating, so here at Embrace, we want to eliminate this factor by running a variety of classes, membership opportunities and community events for you. We run a range of classes from beginners to advanced, so don’t worry if you’re a beginner you will feel right at home as soon as you step into the studio.
