We are a Family Run Business with a strong community feel. Unlike any regular gym everyone is striving to improve their lifestyle health and fitness in a fun environment. Group Training Classes are capped at 12 people to ensure that every individual maximises progress. Sessions are led by fully qualified CrossFit coaches & PT's. All sessions are 1 hour long and packed to the brim with fun and challenging aspects. We have a range of class types such as Gymnastics, Weightlifting, CrossFit, Cardio.
