CREW Fitness is a CrossFit and HYROX affiliated gym based in Norwich, offering structured group training designed to build strength, endurance, and real-world fitness. Our sessions combine functional training, HYROX-style conditioning, and expert-led coaching to support all levels, whether you're new to training or preparing for competition. From CrossFit classes and HYROX-focused sessions to erg-based conditioning, barbell work, and strength training, our programming is designed to deliver variety with purpose.
