Opened in April 2017 as Leicestershire’s first boutique boxing studio, we offer a unique space designed with our BOxERS in mind: dark, intense, and music-fueled to make you feel unstoppable. Every session is a fresh start, delivering real results in a supportive, high-energy environment. Classes run Monday–Saturday: BoxBell – Full-body strength and conditioning using weights and boxing techniques. BoxHIIT – High-intensity interval training to boost fitness and burn calories fast. BoxBeat – Boxing moves choreographed to music for a fun, cardio-packed session. BoxCamp – Circuit-style workouts combining boxing, cardio, and strength training. BoxCore – Focused core training to build strength and stability. BoxBand – Resistance band workouts that sculpt, tone, and strengthen. BoxTech – Learn and perfect boxing technique in a structured session. BoxRide – Indoor cycling with boxing-inspired intervals for a calorie-torching ride.
