Bounce Beyond Leicester provides three types of group exercise classes; Pilates, Bounce and RESIST. Pilates classes are functional; designed to improve and correct posture using both standing and mat-work exercises. Bounce is a cardio workout to banging dance tunes in a club atmosphere; based on high quality studio rebounders also known as mini trampolines. RESIST is a resistance based training class to music, in a darkened air conditioned room. We will use both body weight exercises and various equipment for added challenge to sculpt and tone your body! Mondays: Pilates @ 4:45 pm - 5:30 pm, rebounding @ 5:45 pm - 6:30 pm
