Welcome to Bodyblitz Fitness with Emma. Emma is a passionate women’s health and fitness coach dedicated to helping you feel strong, confident and energised. I run a variety of face-to-face classes in the local community, offering a fun and welcoming space for all fitness levels. Located at Mundesley Beach every Sunday at 8:45AM - WALKFit™ Silent Disco sessions on the beach. The class is a unique, low-impact workout using wireless headsets, combining energising movement with uplifting music for a truly feel-good fitness experience.
