Meet your instructor Colleen - a mother of two, antenatal educator and qualified yoga instructor specialising in pre and post natal yoga. Pregnancy & Post Natal Yoga classes run at Tree Estate Community Centre, Cedar Rd, Dartford DA1 2RS and Waller Park Pavilion, Wood Lane, Dartford DA2 7LR Pregnancy yoga (suitable from 12 weeks) - Mondays 7-8PM at Tree Estate - Saturdays 10-11am at Waller Park Pavillion - These gentle classes are designed to help ease aches and pains of pregnancy as well as to help you keep active and healthy. Post Natal (Mum & Baby) - Wednesdays 10-11 AM - Mum and baby yoga is suitable from 6 weeks post partum if you have had a straight forward vaginal birth. If you have had an instrumental birth, third or fourth degree tear, or caesarean birth please wait until 12 weeks post partum. You must be given the all clear from your gp that it is safe for you to now take part in physical exercise. - After mum and baby yoga you can join baby club, from 11-11.45am. This is a free drop in session (no need to book) and is a chance to chat to other mums over a cuppa and biscuit or cake. Suggested donation is £2 cash on the day to go towards the venue cost.
