Welcome to Base Fitness We offer a range of services outside your normal gym workout. If you love the outdoors then why not try out our Boot Camp sessions, we use a range of equipment you might not come across in commercial gyms, we use different training styles & most importantly we have fun, or you might fancy Boxercise, a exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. Expect to have fun, a good laugh and to workout. Our sessions are suitable for all abilities
