Avalon Pilates is the right choice if you’re looking for a pilates center. We have a large range of classes from fundamental style classes right up to dynamic Reformer Pilates and our signature Tower burn classes. We also have a separate space for 1-1s & 1-2s with all of the studio Pilates equipment (Cadillac, chair, Reformer & ladder barrel) for a more personalised session.
