Welcome to ánimo. We’re an independent studio offering yoga, pilates and strength classes in East London. It’s a friendly place, with a big emphasis on community. Our teachers are brilliant at making sure everyone is welcomed and cared for. So, whether you pop in some postnatal HIIT with your baby, come along for some deep relaxation in a sound bath, or want to build a consistent pilates and yoga practice, you’ll feel right at home.
