We’ve custom built 14 x private fitness PODS, fitted with an array of gym kit, Peloton & Echelon technology and POD training options, to reshape the way you workout. Choose from our signature Strength PODs or the Power, Holistic Pilates Reformer or Cardio PODs. Cycle has all the benefits of the commercial grade Peloton Bike+ but without the membership cost, Run is powered by Echelon on-demand classes and StairMaster POD. We're fully staffed with a gym cafe, fibre wi-fi, USB A+C points, private showers, water point, full AC system, 100% biodegradable anti-bacterial wipes and DDA compliant. You need to book to attend the activities. Towel hire available for £1.75, bring your own shower gel/etc. Buddy fee is an extra £6.50 each session (payable at reception), free buddy every Friends-day Wednesday.
