Within the gym We have three rooms including: The Weights Room - with the following equipment: chest press, shoulder press, lateral pulley, leg extension, leg curl, lat pull down, seated row, hip toner, free weights, benches, ab roller. The Cardio Room - treadmills, upright bikes, recumberant bikes, stepper, cross-trainer and rowers. The 'NEW' functional training room - with a selection of free weights, abs area, kettle bells and sandbags.
