This is the ultimate party on a bike. 1Rebel Victoria is also home to Reformer, Pilates but not as you know it. Expect big beats, big moves and the ultimate muscle burn. This low impact, full body workout will improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and overall fitness. Please note you are required to wear grip socks in all Reformer sessions.
