This is the ultimate party on a bike. Reshape is our most renowned workout and allows you to go into full on sweat mode as you continually switch between the treadmill and 1Rebel box, which comes complete with a full set of dumbbells. Expect explosive cardio alongside strength building exercises, all perfectly timed to the music for the ultimate motivation boost - beat drops have never felt so good. Reformer is Pilates but not as you know it. Expect big beats, big moves and the ultimate muscle burn. This low impact, full body workout will improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and overall fitness. Please note you are required to wear grip socks in all Reformer sessions.
