In Reshape, prepare for our most gruelling workout, with quick fire rounds of high-powered treadmill work and dynamic dumbbell sequences. In Rumble, go head-to-head with the boxing bag with explosive speed, footwork and strength. In Reformer, you'll use our state of the art Reformer beds to get your sweat on in a full body, low impact, strength focused workout. All sessions are 45 minutes and are designed to induce maximum burn.
