In Reshape, our most gruelling high intensity workout, with quick fire rounds of high-powered treadmill work and dynamic dumbbell sequences. In Reformer, you'll use our state of the art Reformer beds to get your sweat on in a full body, low impact, strength focused workout. All sessions are 45 minutes and are designed to induce maximum burn.
